I've tried Glocks and others. I'm much more accurate with the Beretta 92FS Inox. It's the most accurate handgun I've ever used. I've shot several thousand rounds with one misfire. Yes, it's big and heavy. With proper attire and holster selection, it can be a conceal/carry firearm. I feel very confident with it-which to me is most important.

First, big johnson is an idiot. Second my 40 S&W 96FS Inox Brigadier shoots like it has eyes. No jams, easy take down, looks great, stiff trigger in double action and breaks about 7# in single action. Tigger job is forth coming for my IDPA matches. It is a great weapon.

I have a 92 and a 96 and both are great guns, i'm thinking of selling the 92 full size for a 92 compact. beretta makes great guns only drawback is they are a little heavy when compared to glocks.

One of my housemates bought a new 92FS INOX last month and did have quite a few "troubles" in the first 2 hundred rounds. It faded with age though and hasn't jammed a bit since that first couple hundred. He's already got over a thousand rnds through her and she's getting well seasoned. I LOVE THESE GUNS!!

This is by far the best feeling gun I have ever used. I bought mine last year, and have since put 4,000-5,000 rounds through it without so much as a hiccup. This piece is extremely reliable, impeccably accurate, and smooth as silk. In a defensive situation, I would bet my life on the 92FS. Plus it just looks so damn good!

I have fired OVER 11,000 rounds through my Beretta 92FS since I bought it 7 months ago and have had only 1 (ONE) jam! I don't even blame the gun for the jam because it was a bad reload. The accuracy is surgical and has actually IMPROVED with age. The DA trigger pull is a little stiff and long but hey, I love safety! Single action is short and crisp with just the right weight trigger pull for me. I put some Hogue grips on her right after buying the gun and think it's been one of the best investments I've ever made in for a gun. Cost really shouldn't be an overriding issue for any true shooter because you'll spend much more money on ammo during the gun's lifetime than the initial price of the gun. I just can't say enough great things about this gun. A MUST FOR ANY ARSENAL! :) (No, I'm not a Beretta Rep., just a college student studying Aerospace Engineering)

I just bought a 92fs inox, 3 jams out of the first 50 shots, I am not very happy. After taking the gun apart, I have noticed that the spring pin that holds the plunger in, has flashing on the hole. This flashing was scraping on the frame. Now i have deep scratches on the frame. Dealer said he has to send it back, so i gave it to him. I called beretta and told them i want the frame replaced and not fixed (this gun only has 50 rounds out of it). He said they have to check it out. I just hope this problem is corrected with a new frame.

I am an Air Force Cadet preparing to qualify on the M9, so I have been doing a lot of research on this handgun. I have had experience shooting other weapons including a few Glocks, and so far the 92FS is the best pistol I have touched. I have not tried any HK USP's however so I cant say for certain that I have found the best 9mm. With all of the attention Glock gets, I was expecting more that what I got at the firing range. The first shot I took with the M9 hit head top center at 25 meters and at 50 rounds had cycled perfectly. The glock was uncomfortable and seemed to be printing all over the place. It also jammed on its 16th round. I think the Air Force choose the right weapon for us to train on.
